He is on an 8 week rotation so visits Thailand for 2 weeks every 8 weeks.
Is he required to file TM30? He usually stays in airbnb's or hotels.
Has UK and Australian passports. Given recent tightening of TM30 rules I'd like to know for sure. Jomtien immigration would be where he would need to go if required. He only stays 14 days. Then returns to Iraq. He always has forward travel. Not necessarily a confirmed booking for accommodation. Cash not an issue.
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question concerns whether a person who visits Thailand for two weeks during an eight-week work rotation in Iraq is required to file a TM30 report. The individual stays in temporary accommodations like Airbnb or hotels and holds UK and Australian passports. Given recent changes in TM30 regulations, clarity is sought regarding the filing requirements for his short stays.
