TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing delays with their DTV visa application, which has been pending for three weeks despite providing documents for a golf school, a cooking course, and a medical appointment. The consulate indicated that more information is needed. Responses from the community suggest the user should aim for one specific program, ideally find a school enrolled in the DTV program, and provide additional supporting documents as requested.

That’s the common mistake people make. You should just aim for one path and provide more supporting documents for that. You can still do that if it’s pending. In this case i suggest you choose cooking class option. May be ask registration documents from school to provide embassy?

It sounds like you just found random things

What you can do is find a school that actually is enrolled into the DTV program. Obviously a random golf course is not going to cut it.

So you threw three options at the wall hoping one would stick?
