Re : TM30

As I am heading to BKK for 2 nights, staying in a hotel. I thought it prudent to ask the IOs at Mahasarakham if I needed to submit a TM30 upon my return.

Their answer was;  As long I stay inside Thailand and return to my registered address, there is NO need to submit a new TM30.

Hi Guys, again with the TM30, asking for a friend. He leases a condo on a 30 year lease. He maintains he doesn't have a book of any colour. What documentation does he need for registering a TM30
