Hi Guys, again with the TM30, asking for a friend. He leases a condo on a 30 year lease. He maintains he doesn't have a book of any colour. What documentation does he need for registering a TM30

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration requires documentation for foreigners staying at leased properties in Thailand. If your friend is leasing a condo without owning a blue book, they will need to contact the condo owner to obtain the necessary documents, as typically the owner has a blue book to register foreigners. This highlights the importance of coordination between tenants and landlords regarding immigration documentation.
