I have my first 90 day reporting to complete 15th September 2020, what is the permitted date I could go before this ? What do I need to bring apart from passport?

as its the first one I was told I had to go in person.... then can start online after that, maybe they have to regester you for online at imm?

Part of your first 90 day report is to confirm your address. Which should be done within 24 hours after arriving at that address
