I am currently attempting to complete my online 90 day report. I am not able to reach the 4th step and complete the process. I re-entered Thailand on July 21st 2019 which means that my current 90 day report date would be on October 19.

Have reached step 3 where red text at bottom of page gives IMORTANT NOTE.

according to info I saved from TVA I only need complete the fields starred with red. This page called Personal Infirmation has no red stars. I ticked the box at the very bottom which asks that I read and agree etc...clicked Accept button....and nothing?

What am I not doing right?

I have already previously visited Jomtien immagration and have my receipt stapled in my passport stating next report due 02 Feb 2019.

Can I get some feedback please?
