I'm online doing 90 day report

Have reached step 3 where red text at bottom of page gives IMORTANT NOTE.

according to info I saved from TVA I only need complete the fields starred with red. This page called Personal Infirmation has no red stars. I ticked the box at the very bottom which asks that I read and agree etc...clicked Accept button....and nothing?

What am I not doing right?

I have already previously  visited Jomtien immagration and have my receipt stapled in my passport stating next report due 02 Feb 2019.

Can I get some feedback please?

make sure you print the "next appointment" choice. That's the receipt you carry in your passport.

had that happen to me once when doing the kids 90 day report. Kept saying pending until the 7 days after limit. I thought sod it I’ll go to immigration and do it manually. Went and they said why are you notifying us it’s already in the system. 1 hour after getting back home I get the email “confirmation of online notification”.

. Many Thanks. It was the Popup that was giving me grief. My lodgement online went through smoothly....Transaction Ref number received and printed out. Once again you saved my ass!😁

check tomorrow if you don't get the email saying your approved.

Sometimes the emails come out late.

Did you turn OFF your pop-up blocker?

Did you do at least one report in person

Are you applying within 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE you due date?

You definitely need to have your popup blocker disabled,

Once you enter the CAPTCHA number IF it matches to your information it should go to the second screen. That shows this

I use firefox and have no problems with it hanging or locking up

Thanks for heads up Tod. Yes I had poo ups blocked. Have now allowed popups...I'm using latest chrome browser.

Yes I already did one 90 day report to Jomtien immigration in person.

So now I will try again.

Will report back if I am successful or not.

Once you logon you'll be taken to a page with a couple folder icons on the left, click the top folder and then the first item in that folder. Fill in the details *starred in red and hit the save button (floppy disk icon)top right
