What should I do if I'm having trouble uploading documents for my Thailand visa application?

Anyone had trouble uploading the additional document/s before? 

After clicking upload (3 times), I'm getting the 'success' message appear in the top right, but it is not actually showing as uploaded and thus not letting me click Submit.

The file is compressed 1MB PDF and contains ~50 pages.

Edit; having an absolute nightmare uploading these. Received email 4 hours ago. Chrome is not showing the notification at all. And using Edge is giving the above.

turn off pop up blocker or use Firefox

I have seen that portal error out in Chrome and Edge with pop up blocker activated
