What should I do if I can’t complete my online 90-day report for Thailand?
I am currently attempting to complete my online 90 day report. I am not able to reach the 4th step and complete the process. I re-entered Thailand on July 21st 2019 which means that my current 90 day report date would be on October 19.

That's the usual reason. Its because the program opens a NEW dialog box with you click that accept button
