I got the DTV visa

But now I'm embracing wize for my girlfriend.

If I have a company in Hong Kong and she is listed as a director in the company's certificate of incorporation is this document enough?

Update DTV ( E VISA )APPROVED!! I made a post few days ago and here’s the update:

Applied from Hanoi via e visa Muay Thai (tiger eye Muay Thai) changed to pending approval and it had just been approved!!

Applied on Monday approved today (Friday) requested additional docs on Wednesday.

Do you need to have proof of onward travel when entering with a DTV visa? Sorry if this has been covered before.

How many months of Muay Thai membership do you need for the Vietnam embassy?

Applied for visa yesterday, got asked for extra information.

Only a better quality photo, and copy of companies house info.

Now it's back to pending approval.

Does anyone else get emails during NOT working hours and they ask for more documents ? I got mine once at 7:30 pm and another at 8pm

Approved today from Hanoi! Super thankful for this group.

I’ve been staying in Thailand off and on for years as a nomad, but finally decided at the last minute to apply for the DTV while I'm in Vietnam now. I was not planning on doing this until last week.

Applied as a freelancer. I am a 1099 independent contractor for one company in the US.

Arrived in Hanoi Nov. 15.

Sat, Nov. 23: Submitted documents and paid

- Passport, recent visa photo I took on my phone and edited

- Cover letter with links to my business FB page

Contract

- Letter from boss confirming remote work approval. I made this in Google docs with a letterhead. She approved and inserted an image of her signature and saved as a PDF.

- 6 months of bank statements

- Vietnam visa letter, visa stamp in passport, receipt for booking accommodation

Nov. 26: Request for additional document - current bank account balance. I submitted 6 months of previous official statements, but did not submit a screenshot of my current balance originally.

Nov. 26: Pending approval

Nov. 29: Approved!!

I was really nervous to do something wrong and lose the application fee, but it was pretty straight forward.

Has anyone applied for a DTV. Been denied, then reapplied and been successful?

Mine is currently processing but I was just wondering as I don’t think I’ve seen any discussion about it.

Anyone else do this? How long did it take you?

Guys regarding the DTV extension after 6 months.

Do i need to go back to my home country? My remote job is in my home country but i do not wish to return.

Any country out of thailand is fine? Also can i go out and in via land border? Like cambodia lao and so on. Or must it be via flight?

Will they ask again for bank statement, prove of income and job letters?
