Hello please I come to Thailand with a TV in search for a job but I didn't get yet the one I got is a language school which they said the don't provide WP, please can anyone assist me with advice on what to do please, because the next hiring season starts April-may so even if I extend it it won't be enough kindly advise me on what to do!

Hi there a very quick question as I’m not getting a straight answer from Thailand Elite. If someone who currently holds an Elite Visa accepts a job here in Thailand my understanding is that they would need to obtain a Business Visa which would then support a work permit as an Elite is simply a long term Tourist visa. Is this correct and what’s the process and the approximate cost of this ; and secondly if the job didn’t work out how would someone move back onto the Elite Visa?

Apologies for the long question but Thailand Elite don’t seem to be giving the right information.

So we booked a flight to Thailand for next February 27, back to the UK on April 1 and it just dawned on me this is more than 30 days. We went in 2023 and got 1.5 months tourist visa upon arrival, however this year we only got 30 days tourist visa upon arrival. Do we need to get a visa from the embassy in the UK before we go or can we ask immigration upon arrival to grant us 32 days, please?

Do you have to declare your income in Thailand with the dtv visa? Are you subject to Thai tax?

Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). This was going to start in December but cannot see how you apply and Embassy will not pick up their phones 😭

If drivers licenses are able to show "current location", what stops someone from applying remotely?

I'm on a business trip abroad but have a US passport/drivers license and may not have time to get back to the States before going to Thailand

If it says my application is pending approval, does it mean I have been processed and going to be approved?

For changing from ed visa to non b, got cancellation letter from university in which last date is 20 December.

So go to immigration for cancellation in first week of December and then go to lao visa run first week and come back before 20 December. It is ok to enter with non b.

I am wandering ed visa cancellation is effective on date of going to immigration or 20 December.
