Is it common to be asked for additional documents when applying for a Thai visa from the UK?
Applied for visa yesterday, got asked for extra information.
Only a better quality photo, and copy of companies house info.
Now it's back to pending approval.
Applied from uk
Did anyone else have similar,
And was you nervous during this stage?
Never felt so anxious 🤣

Answer summary
The post discusses the anxiety of waiting for a visa application decision after submitting additional requested documents, specifically a better quality photo and company information. Commenters shared similar experiences, noting that the UK Thai Embassy is responsive and typically approves documents after additional requests. They emphasized that processing times may reset with additional document requests, but many had positive outcomes shortly after providing the requested items.

The UK Thai Embassy is VERY good with approving the DTV Visa. If you have provided to them the ADDED items requested, you should get the DTV visa. Good Luck 🍀

Yes, I had the same. Then the next day I received a request for another document which I provided straight away. Now, I've been waiting another 4 days as pending approval. Was hoping to get an answer before the weekend. There are still 2 hours to go so you never know. And yes, definitely anxious
