Are visa approval and document requests often sent at odd hours in Vietnam?
Does anyone else get emails during NOT working hours and they ask for more documents ? I got mine once at 7:30 pm and another at 8pm
Answer summary
A user raised a concern about receiving emails for additional documents during late hours, prompting others to share similar experiences. Participants confirmed they also received approval and requests for documents late in the evening, specifically in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), indicating that communication from embassies may extend beyond typical office hours.
