sometimes it doesn’t meet with the Thai underwriters expectations- such as the type of wording used aswell as the cover itself.

I sent an email to

as we already had 4 policies but then had to find out how to get my fifth when my sons passport finally arrived. ASK FOR PLAN A- they will send you a list of options for cover if you say it’s for travelling to Thailand/Thailand pass scheme. Then you choose the time frame of cover. It’s pretty explanatory. 😎

FWD! We got it for 1,000 tbh per person for 60 days coverage! It was a link on the Thai embassy website but they seem to have removed it and replaced it with much more expensive ones! 😏 FWD in Thailand are very responsive and will send you a link for the process.

We used AQ via an online urgent application process- it costs almost THB3000 each (about £60)but we got our pass within half a day! I forgot to add our children onto the ‘personal information’ section so had to reapply for them individually costing £60 each 😩. Easy to upload documents , very fast website but avoid the charge for children under 12, by using their personal info box on the application!!
