as far as I have experienced all non B's must have a WP. I look after 50 or so companies/clients in Koh Phangan FYI. Still I have seen people posting it's possible to get a non B being solely a director. However, I do operate in a notoriously ermmm difficult area - lorded over by koh Samui immigration 😔😔

requirements for what? To be director or minimum 20% s/h, plus work permit, letter of job offer/sponsorship from company and a valid employment contract, company docs and certificate also.

The OP would only have 90 days permission of stay...i think that will be the limiting factor for any extension of stay given. But I could be wrong...

Tod Daniels true...but as the OP is based, I believe, In Koh Phangan...its relevant. She also says she does not have 4 Thai staff...and so an extension of stay is also irelevant.

I also have an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai and it was VERY doc and visit intensive. Mine is work funded and not using banked funds. I think what you mean is it's easier if have the required funds too. I guess mine was the most difficult combination possible 🤣
