She would need a visa for Mexico and it’s not easy to get. I already looked at it for my fiancé. And the U.S visa is extremely difficult to get. She needs very strong ties to Thailand and money in the bank. Same thing for Canada.
I do know one thing. You can’t do anything in the bar. You don’t have a work permit. I would go to another bar where a farang owns with his Thai partner and talk to him. You have to have 4 Thais working for one farang if you wanted to get a work permit. Don’t forget about insurance and make friends with the police.
I’ve flown PAL numerous times. Not recently though. I’ve had many issues with them. With flight delays, cancellations, incorrect seating etc. I was stranded there for three days in Manila after my flight was canceled. Really no conditions transiting. Depends what terminal you’re in for availability of food etc. I would avoid them.
