This visa sounds exactly like mine. I'm technically a consultant and do not do work here, and my money comes from outside the country, thus no work permit required.

Non-Immigrant B, Multi Entry, with last 90-day stamp ending Apr 19, so I was covered up until Apr 30 for sure. Still imagine I'm good thru Jul 31 under this one too, but not wanting to leave anything to chance. Figure whenever borders open I'll go do a bounce, as long as there's not some no-Covid certificate catch-22 that would get me stranded outside the country.

Happy to report that today I went to Chiang Mai Immigration to verify that my Non-Immigrant, Multi-Entry Business Visa (no work permit, valid until July 2020), with last 90-day re-entry stamp expiring on 19, April 2020 was covered under the automatic April 30 extension. I work as a consultant, and I know that many business owners have the same kind of visa as I do, and so I wanted specific answers for this less frequent visa type.

I had officers verify, and was told sure, no problem, that it’s covered. They added that of course, I need be looking out for any announcement around April 30 for further updates, and that as soon as borders are open, it’s expected that I’ll exit the country and re-enter, returning to the regular program. I required no documentation of anything other than my passport.

So with a One-Year, Multi-Entry B, no work permit (as only consulting between US and Thld), and a 90-day re-entry stamp from KL ending on Apr 19, and the required border bounce not possible, has anything changed for me? Do I still need to go to Immigration asking for a 30-day extension with a Covid-19 emergency letter from US Consulate for 1,900B?

Same boat with Multi-B needing a border crossing and nothing more to reset the 90-day cycle. I'll go anywhere I can... that will take me. Just want to bounce. Land or air and back.
