I'm currently on a Multi-Entry Retirement Visa and am about to fly to the US. I am unsure whether I need to get a re-entry permit before going to the airport or not? The next two days are holidays - will the international terminals have someone staffed to take care of it for me at the airport? I'll be arriving at Suvannabhumi at 4am for a 7am flight - would the re-entry permit booth even be staffed at that hour anyway?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about whether they need to obtain a re-entry permit for their Multi-Entry Retirement Visa before flying to the US. Comments clarify that if the user has an extension of stay with a valid multiple re-entry permit, they do not need to take any action before departing; they can simply stamp out at the airport. Additionally, there are questions about the staffing of the re-entry permit booth during holidays and early morning airport hours.

As I surmised the O/P has NO multi-entry retirement visa at all but instead has an in country year extension of stay WITH a valid multiple re-entry permit
the extension and re-entry are good until July 12, 2023, so he can leave/re-enter as much as he wants and will get stamped in until that date when he returns.
Safe travels to the O/P, no need to do anything but stamp out and fly out at the airport.

really hard to make out the MULTIPLE stamp on in the No of Entries box, BUT I can see "iple" and those letters aren't in the word "single" ๐

Did you get this "multi-entry retirement visa" inside thailand or in your country BEFORE you came here

I ask because IF you got it inside the country there is no such thing as a multi-entry retirement visa. ๐ฎ
You would have a year "extension of stay" <-(read your stamp) with a date the extension is good for
and
then you would have a separate "re-entry permit" (with that same date) and it would say whether it was a single or a multiple re-entry permit
INSIDE thailand those things are sold as two separate stamps.
