What should I do if my banking app in Thailand gets suspended due to SIM and account name inconsistency?

Did update in March, in April, then we're blocked on 30 of June, spent one day in queries to update, was unblocked, in 10 minutes app crashed, updated all again, still got same error message, were asked to wait, after 5 days updated once more time. 🤷

Because that's not a visa? And only a stamp. Your visa is pdf. And maybe they just don't want to open an account with 3month visa
