Nope the visa is valid for the dates it says and you can enter anytime during that period, your 90 day starts the day you arrive.

Condo lease will not help. It just proves your living here on visa exempt or 60 day tr visa and extension which they don't like

ATM as I said you get 60 days on arrival which there is talk of it going back to the old days of only 30 days on arrival and either can be extended once only for 30 days for $1900 baht it will depend on if it changes and when you come.

Also as Brandon said you can not live here doing it, you would need to look into the correct visa that suits you situation.

I know about what visas are available as I have one and live in Bangkok.

Non O is also for Retirement, don't have to have family or be married. Your really confused and not prepared to listen. Good luck your going to need it.
