more probably the actual file size, need to use resize to let it be accepted. I have had this issue.

many people only do their visa via phones not computers so the picture must be ok. I can comfortably take a picture of things and make them all fit with my phone. Move phone fwd or back use zoom it works.

Even if it goes to 30 you could apply for 60 days visiting family if your married to a Thai

you can not extend on line you do application get an appointment but still need to go to immigration for the extension.

The EVisa site is mostly for actual visa applications

Any good agent should know. The wife should have got her visa then after receiving using her visa number the hubby should have applied for trailing spouse visa.

Clear your history and cookies once you get a corrupt file and you want to open a new same file it remembers you been there and goes to the corrupt one. Worth a try
