I just came back from Pattaya trying this. 3 different agencies all denied the COVID extension after promising me they could. Apparently immigration changed their rules last week... Even 20k won't get you an extension in Pattaya
of course everyone has a different situation and nationality may come into play but they were very helpful and responsive. Just keep your questions brief, to the point, and numbered. That's what I did 😂
