As of July 15, 2024, US citizens can visit Thailand multiple times with a 60-day visa that's valid for tourism, business, or work. This visa can be extended by up to 30 days at the discretion of an immigration officer. The US can also apply for a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) that allows stays of up to 180 days per

visit and is valid for five years. This visa is for remote workers, digital nomads, and freelancers.
