TLDR : Answer Summary
To bring your Thai girlfriend to Australia for a holiday, you should apply for a Tourist Visa (subclass 600). Key points to keep in mind include demonstrating strong reasons for her to return to Thailand, such as job commitments or family responsibilities, proving financial support with a minimum bank balance, and preparing an invitation letter from you. Other applicants also recommend researching specific visa groups for detailed advice.

I'm a filipina. I went to Australia twice already.

I think same procedure.

I did my IMMI account first

* ready your letter of invite

* your bank statement (no need for your partner to have money in the bank)

* applicant should prepare documents such as work contract and leave of absence letter

A 1 year Tourist Visa, my partner is here on one, 3rd 3month visit on the single year Visa.

By arriving on the last day of the Visa, she actually gets 15months because of the 3 month entry stamp.

To get the most accurate answers, ask in a Australian visa group.

I’d think you would be better off asking on a Australian visa group.

the requirements are there for a 600 tourist visa. Make sure she has a strong reason to return to Thailand (job land taking care of mother father family etc) money in her bank account min ฿100k) and you sponsor her visit.

There's lots of resources on google so use them.

Letter of intro from you is a must.

Good luck

yes the more I watch the more I'm getting confused. Some say it doesn't matter with her savings as long as I have enough to support. She has her daughter at home and a full time job in Thailand. I have my sufficient savings and regular work. Already purchased her tickets. But I will be paying the application fee here
