John N Kwan I did that exact same thing and was denied by 4 banks. Went to a nearby city and a branch of the EXACt SAME BANK opened up my account. And I asked about a second account so I could leave the 800k untouched, and was to ok. The next time I came in with money and paperwork I was told NO. I said please speak to the manager because she told me last time I could. She came back and said NO. Banana republic is all I can say. I hear about these nightmares after I was here but didn't believe it was possible in a 2nd tear country. 😂😂😂😂. Guess I was wrong. But I love hearing the advice. Just funny the banks don't follow the laws every time or if they don't feel like it.

prior to his first year is when things weren't difficult. After his first term everything became difficult and hasn't changed because they didn't have the vote backing & what ever excuse they gave. I agree, it's been very difficult the past 8 years. I worked around the world and many others in it came from India and china parrot what I'm saying. It was part of my job to know this. But if you've done more travel than I over the past 10 years then teach me something. I'm speaking from real experience not what others wrote.
