Maybe . It says up to10 days for processing , day 10 is tomorrow if you don't count the 1st and Monday 13th October was a holiday, I think the embassy was shut.

Yes , ok thanks . I just don't like taking lots of unnecessary paperwork because I don't take a big carry on bag . Just a small bag for my passport , phone , fags etc ..😂

That's perfect , thank you very much . That's the info I was looking for . So if you renewed your insurance when it expires and re-entered Thailand you would get stamped in until the expiry date of your renewed insurance ? Providing it's within the first year .

Yes , thank you . I am aware of this . I was just curious about if you needed to bring DBS clearance certificate , bank statements , insurance certificate and medical certificate with you . You would obviously bring the insurance certificate and policy with you anyway. I just wondered if you had to bring everything else too .

Thank you Brandon , I think the OA is more suited for me because I would rather do all the documents in England for the visa , then when I arrive in Thailand I can open a bank account at my leisure not have to get it opened in the first month . I will have a minimum of a year to get the bank account opened . My plan is also to return to U.K and work a few months of the year anyway. OA is multi entry. I just don't want to step of the plane in Thailand and then be rushing around trying to open bank accounts etc , getting asked for additional documents etc. I would rather take my time . Like you said , I can always open the bank account and transfer the money whilst on OA then return to U.K and transition to non O later .
