Pardon me sir Tod itโ€™s make me little bit confused

It means until 14Nov.2018 I can stay with this visa regularly by the way going out n turn back every 60 day. But I donโ€™t understand what I have to do after 14Nov.2018โ€ผ๏ธโ‰๏ธ
