No job no visa! I went through the whole process last year. Which was successful. I used agent. And they were brilliant. Tons of paperwork. But got there in the end!

Ive been transferring 65,000 baht a month for the past year. Since last june.

Immigration told me to come back in june. And apply for non o retirement.

No lump sum of 800k. They did not seem concerned. Correct or not correct. I hear so many conflicting opinions!

I came in on 60 day. (Uk). Extend 30 ( 1900 baht at immigration.) then had nice flight to KL . Achieved another 30 days. Easy.

I used an agent. Made life alot easier.

We were successful

They said because she had a job. And a letter of leave. And a letter from her employersay she must return after 45 days.

Thats what clinched it!
