When we left Thailand in May we had to go to the immigration office (all overstays did) and have something stamped in our passport with a bite due to COVID-19

Not when you leave BKK. I just flew BKK to Seoul to Chicago then to Houston. In Korea we had to fill out a health questionair and have a temp check

look into EVA Airlines. They have a local Bangkok Number. I usually fly Emirates but the last two flights have been with EVA and I have really enjoyed that airlines. Plus its a shorter trip for me....I fly into Houston
