Judging by your list of documents to have you may want to specify the type of Visa, since other types likely don't require the same ones (marriage and house documents)

Wow. Within 6 days your uploaded your data, mailed your passport, received you passport back and the Embassy mailed your COE. That’s was incredible fast turnaround time.
