sometimes do, done it many times and had major issues twice. Depends on the person you come across at immigration

I did this for china WHILE IN Thailand. In my case it was from South Africa. There are agencies that do sworn translators and notarize them. And handle the embassy side of things. You have to look online Google. It's simple. You send them, you pay and they give the internationally accredited acceptation and stamps. Cant recall the name but Google will sort you out
