There’s plenty of legitimate reasons to critique how this has been handled and the communications around it

Going on 2 years and you’ve been in the country for 2 months and this group for 4 days, there’s a lot of context and circumstance you’re missing

And I’m not one to overly judge how it’s been handled but I don’t think giving them a pass is fair either.

This is why I’m going to not do it in Bangkok, or any of the other more frequented immigration offices

I’ll still have a plan B though

I didn’t have my passport number on my test, just name and dob

this is spot on and as an example of different rates per bill size this was from a month ago

Your best bet is to ask the hotel of your destination how to get there and the times

Google, Facebook pages, business pages….all horribly out of date and largely unreliable for travel right now

I haven’t seen any 90 days on arrival, and only a handful of countries can get visa on arrival, most are visa exempt.

If you want 60 days I would just get a TR 60 visa and keep it simple, then you don’t even have to go to immigration.

Judging from the question and the wording, are you applying for a 60 day visa and want to plan on a 30 day extension for 90 days?

I booked an onward flight for 89 on my TR 60

As other have stated it’s from the result, when I came last year my test was almost 4 days old.

For simplicity at the airport I would suggest if it’s feasible to get the test and the results both done within 72 hours, last thing you want to deal with is a confused flight worker

i think until there’s a reasonable option for border runs they will keep the Covid extension, and as already announced not be so easy handing them out. If you’re on your 5+ one I would have a Plan B

@Pauline ******
there was someone a couple weeks ago who had a test and go booked but I think it was figured out there thai pass said sandbox not exemption and they were forced to book a 7 day, I can’t imagine how the airline could be so confused at this point. Best of luck
