TLDR : Answer Summary
The user requests information on the necessary documents to obtain a 60-day COVID extension for their tourist visa, specifying they live in Bangkok and entered Thailand on a TR 60 visa on November 26. Comments provide some guidance on where to find additional information, including a suggestion to refer to a linked Facebook post featuring the required documents.

I'm not sure which one to go to. I came in with a TR-60 Visa, got my 30 day extension (which expires on Feb 23) and would like to stay as long as possible

some places will start the Covid extension the day you get approved some will add it onto your current

They will most likely extend the Covid visa again especially under the new circumstances, my visa is up mid February and I am planning on doing the same

You would go to Changwatta immigration office. The 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 will begin on the date you acquire the extension (for most immigration offices). Remember, you will need a TM30 submitted at the immigration office to use that office.

So what do I need to bring for TM30?

a copy of the title deed of the property

a copy of the rental contract

a copy of ID card or passport

Is that correct?

Also, are there any locations that don't require TM30?

If you are self filing at Muang Thong Thani (where the TM30s are filed), this is the process (hat tip to Tod Daniels)

This is the way you need to fill out the TM30 form if you are filing with NO documentation from your land lord

Your name goes at the top of the form, your address goes under it, then your address AGAIN as the address where the foreigner lives.

In the blank area at the bottom left hand side of the piece that they will tear off and give back to you write your address again.

On the second page (the table) put all your information.

You sign BOTH forms on the signature lines. Print the forms correctly. the first page is portrait orientation and second page is landscape orientation :O

Make copies of;

-lease

-data page of your passport

-visa (if you have one)

-extension (if you have one)

-entry stamp

-TM6 departure card

sign the copies of your passport stuff.

This is a way to file a TM30 in BANGKOK without any information from your land lord at all. <- (meaning you don't need their i/d, their house book listing, a power of attorney form with the 10 baht in tax stamps).

AFAIK: this ONLY works in Bangkok but I can say with 100% accuracy that it does work

some places start when you acquire some add onto your current…I don’t know which add on to current

you cannot SHOP for an immigration office. You use the one where you have TM 30 address registration on file.

sure I can, my address changes every week if not more
