what happens? Does it remain a red image? If so your picture in the system is not being matched to your face, maybe best to go too your local branch and see if they can start again, if you have problems communicating phone the BBank helpline who have good English and let them explain the problem.

I used a tripod to put the phone on, because it didn't work well in my hand, it does the trick, but it's fiddly to say the least.

I have it on my android phone, it's only needed over 50kThb so I keep to below if I can, because it's really painful, what issue are you having is it installed amd registered on the phone ok? I seem to remember I had to have my picture taken at the bank. Give more details.

50k is probably the default value set by your bank, give them a call and see if you increase the limit. (Most banking apps allow to it as well).

You have to keep it for 3 months after your extension at 800kthb, then 400kthb until 2 months before your next extension when it needs to be at 800kthb
