Download the application for a visa, fill it out and take it along with the affidavit of income to Panang, give the documents, along with two pictures to the agent and he will get me a Nonimmigrant 90 day O visa that I can extend to one year here in Phuket prior to the expiration date, is that about it?

I do have some Thai friends, one of them asked about it today with negative results. My girlfriend and I are going to go to Bangkok Bank on Sunday and see what happens.

I have a document from CalPers that states how much I get a month, I was thinking I would attach the document for prof of income, but if it’s not necessary, I won’t do it.
