I've asked this before. On a 90 day report, do I need a copy of the owners I.D. or can I just take the rental contract and copies of my visa and passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is inquiring whether a copy of the rental owner's ID is necessary for submitting their 90-day report, or if bringing the rental contract along with copies of their visa and passport suffices. Comments suggest that having a TM.30 receipt is essential and confirm that providing the rental contract may be adequate, specifically mentioning the Phuket immigration office.

You can go 15 days before down until 7 days after to file a 90 day report so you're fine to go today.

Yes, the receipt is in there and it has a report date of September 15.

A TM.30 receipt doesn't have a report date on it. :/

did you already file a TM.30 form and have the receipt in your passport?"

That's all I have seen people need when filing a 90 day report at the offices that require TM.30's

how about stating the immigration office you're doing your 90 day report at?
