My partner did his new Passport in Bangkok (Swiss Embassy). For the stamptransfer att immigration he needed

1. New and old passport

2. Letter from the Embassy

Then it was “easy-peasy“. Worked very well. Is a standard procedure for the people at immi.

27th oct to 27th Nov is Not possible

1. Oktober has 31 Days, not 30! 27th oct +30= 25th Nov. Always count the days..

2. 27th Oktober is a saturday..so do not forget to check opening hours of your Immigration Office.

60days is 2nd Dec. I would definatly make an extension at the immigration. Then you do not have any hassle.

Copy of: passport (page of picture) page with entry stamp, departure card (you have that when you arrive) + 1 photo +1900,-- THB

Sign each copy with a blue ink pen.

In Austria you can only get the visa at the thai embassy if you are resident there (they want proof of this) or austrian citizenship. I could not do it in Switzerland. When I was living in germany (I am swede) I could not do it in Austria, possible however also in Sweden..
