you become a migrant worker not a tourist.

Repatriation means that a person returns to their own country. Tourist can not be repatriated to Thailand. The heading of the email was for a start wrong. Secondly any foreigner entering another country is a tourist even if you stay there for 20 years. Only if you work in the country or if you obtain a PR does your status change.

just as long as you do not suggest to them that maybe they should leave if they are unhappy here. I think the other major group are the ones caught outside the country and who can return but are either refusing to go into quarantine or do not have the money to do so. They have become major Thai haters group.

it is only prelimary bookings. It is also subject to your trip being approved by the embassy.

Oh my now B 35 k for 2 weeks stay with 3 meals a day plus tests is expensive and the government makes money from this. Lets go through a rational calculation. Accommodation 14 days x B 1200 per day = B plus 3 hotel meals per day for 14 days at B 600 per day = B 8400 plus 2 x testing at B 3000 = B 6000 = B 31 200.

Yip so the government is just creaming it.
