Very sad, and given that it’s virtually impossible to get into the country completely unjustified. There are also many many more people in the world that don’t have the virus than do.
Good idea, but testing at your departure airport would make more sense as you usually have to check in and wait a few hours before your flight. Also, if someone tests positive at arrivals, they’d probably have to quarantine all the passengers on the same plane.
Cheapest health insurance quote I got was from Awaran. Just under 18k baht. Looks like you have to buy the insurance before you make your application so if they don’t let you in you’re stuck with it
