when I applied for it 4 months ago, I had to "season" 400k for 7 days before applying for extension.

I did the same extension but got under consideration stamp until 23th of November (today). Went back to immigration just to hear that it's not approved yet, please come back Friday.

Unfortunately not, because I entered on a non-b visa in February. I am not able to change it to extension based on being father of half Thai child

So basically I used my extension for nothing. And even got stamped wrong 😓

I called my lawyer. She said this type of extension is valid from the day of application. I am not sure if she is right. Did some people get this extension (visit a family) from 27th of September?
