I mean, they can see the stamps(that I was in Thailand in the last couple month) and agreement date in remote working agreement is 01.09, so actually they know. But I could ask to get a contract from 01.10, instead of 01.09, so it would just have been 15 days...better or not necessary?

yes, out of my perspective I should have everything. The only concern is - since 01.09 I am working for US company and I am on Tourist Visa in Thailand, is this ok? I could add a sentence like "I am applying for DTV as a step towards aligning with thai immigration laws, with the intention to formalize my stay, continue working remotely under the appropriate visa category"...
