no, I will apply for a non O this year. Last year has a health issue and needed to be in Thailand fir family so time was very tight for arranging a visa

so what happens after the 90 days? Can I apply for another within Thailand or leave and come back on a 60 day exempt?

Be very careful if you hold British passport. The expiry date is 10

years after the issue date. Many countries do not recognise that last 6 months. So 10 years from the issue date.
