Well, thatโ€™s exactly what I wrote ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Elite Visa holders can use the Thai Privilege Concierge Service, LTR Visa holders also have to do a โ€90-day reportโ€, which is extended to one year. These are the only exceptions.

I donโ€™t understand, why this is a discussion topic ? You have to do a 90 day report, when staying in Thailand for that long and not leaving the country !!! This belongs to ALL VISA types except some Elite Visa Types, where a concierge service is doing it on your behalf.

Why do DTV holders think, they donโ€™t have to do it ?

Belongs to Condos as well. Make a copy from Google regarding the full adress and a copy of a kind of bird view, how to get there.

The address on Google Maps should be 100% identical to what is shown on the TM30 !!! I had trouble two times because of this, because my Landlord did not write down the exact address.

Just in case:

- Copy if your passport with ALL stamps from Thailand

- A Goggle copy from your house with address and a photo of your house

Two different things here: The electronic VISA is one thing. The other thing is the resident permit, which you get stamped IN YOUR PASSPORT by the immigration officers, once you enter Thailand. You will be asked for a copy of your DTV E-VISA at the Immigration desk. Then they check it and you get a DTV stamp in your passport as well. Itโ€™s all ok ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
