Anonymous participant 909 Right, I should've mentioned I already got assessed at Sriphat and Maharaj and I have a set appointment for the surgery. I have doctor notations from the assessments and the referral notes and the surgery appointment document. But I'm wondering if that's all they need or if I literally have to have a singular treatment plan document written up. And I'm not sure if it's easier to go the workcation route or medical. I haven't seen many posts for medical applications or if they were approved.

I've seen several posts from people waiting a bit longer this month at HCMC. They may be a bit backed up from all the May holidays or have other pressing work to get through.

You can do it. Keep in mind that it becomes active and the 5 year countdown starts once approved.

Thailand has a holiday just about every week. Have to always be checking thw calendar.

They might stick you with a 2k baht fine for being late, but it won't affect your visa. Go to your nearest immigration office and explain. Bring some cash in case you don't get an understanding officer.
