Ok i don't know if they have a thai embassy there but you might want to look into a multiple entry visa it's good for 9 months while you look for work if you can't find any online.

It cant run from date of issue because that's 90 days if it did and you waited just before enter before date it would have expired 30 day's before. 60 day's starts when you enter.
