yes day of arrival is Day 1, you need to count 90 days and set reminder. You can report 2 weeks before or up to 7 days late with no penalty too. I take all the details I can, lease on the apartment and phone number of the landlord & explain the problem, possibly want to avoid paying tax on income. Certainly at Jomtien the officer phone the owner and resolve the problem, ask for their assistance you maybe lucky.
