I did exactly the same thing on the same dates, only I have not yet received the pass. Did you have a QR code to crop for your vaccination certificate. Also can you tell me the date of your flight? I'm wondering if this is a factor
I applied again after applying on 1st Nov and heard nothing. The second time, I used a gmail email address and at least got the confirmation email immediately.
It's the not knowing that is the major issue. People getting stressed as flight dates approach. You don't know if your application has disappeared into an abyss or is just waiting to be processed. At least with the COE you could look up the application progress.
