TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation confirms that there are no specific requirements for vaccinated tourists traveling domestically from Phuket to Bangkok. Users report that a vaccination card may be requested at times, but generally, vaccinated individuals can travel without issues.

On a recent domestic flight my boarding pass for some reason caused a red light to come up. The Bangkok Air worker asked for my vaccination card and I was good to go. I brought mine in an abundance of caution. Safe travels

Never any restrictions traveling to Bangkok. Leaving Bangkok is the only time, but everywhere that does currently have restrictions allows vaccinated with proof.
