I don’t live there but sorry you had to through this. From reading so many posts on this, it seems due to reason and numerous changes in Thai immigration rules there is a lot of confusion lately, which is not a good look for Thailand. As with anything, when changes occur and are not clearly communicated, there will be hiccups. It just sucks when these things affect well meaning people. Hopefully you can get it all straightened out. Thailand has the right to make their own rules but when they do they should be clear and communicated to everyone. Language barrier is another issue in these matters as well-so that just confuses things more. At least your animals are taken care of…Thailand has hurt it’s image with so many things like this but they also have a bunch of criminal, thugs, illegal businesses and they are trying to get a handle on this too or so it seems.
