I'm not totally against someone posting anonymously, but only if it's for the right reasons as I suggested in my other comments, very often it's just a general discussion, some posts and comments that are anonymous, I personally think they have ulterior motives, I'm thinking they are visa and tax agents scaremongering to drum up business.

Immigration in the airport won't say anything when you re-enter Thailand, you will need a recent TM-30 on file, if you need any immigration services, such as a resident certificate or an extension.

Anonymous participant 912 how could this post have a negative impact on the person that posted it, nothing negative was said about the immigration officers, the post is basically a warning to people, that you could be required to produce the documents, you used in the application process, if pulled to one side at the border, upon re-entry to Thailand, immigration would probably be happy about people spreading the word, not to do "doggy" visas, because they are checking, I heard anyone that posts or comments anonymously on Facebook, the admins of the page can see who it is anyway, so I'm sure if immigration wanted to find out they could anyway 🤷😅

I don't understand why so many people post or comment anonymously, on this DTV page, if it's not an embarrassing situation, or could impact someone negatively, why do it?? Posting or commenting anonymously, it just gives people doubt if it's even genuine.

Why do so many people post or comment anonymously on this DTV page, I reckon some of them are tax agents, drumming up business, with all the scaremongering they do. There has always been a need to complete a tax return, after someone has spent more than 180 days in a tax year, thousands of people have never done one, and never will, it's the same in every country, if someone is suspected of tax invasion, they will get investigated, they can't investigate everyone, they don't automatically know someone is earning money in Thailand without specifically looking at that person, most people are just waiting to see what happens next.

Yes if you have a full car driving licence from your home country, and it has basic motorcycle entitlement, you can easily convert it into full Thai car and motorcycle licences at the DLT, by completing a simple colour blind and reaction test.
